Delivery We endeavour to dispatch all orders in discreet, unmarked packaging within 12 – 36 hours of receiving them (Monday- Friday), however on some occasions this might not be possible. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within 48 hours we will contact you by e-mail. You can track the status of your order on our website. Please allow 7 days for delivery, if not received after this time please do not hesitate to contact us. Royal Mail First class – All orders received for UK delivery will be sent Royal Mail First class FREE of charge. Royal Mail estimate that this service usually takes 1 to 2 working days and a signature is not required upon delivery. Please note the delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Royal Mail First Class Recorded – This service is available for all orders for an additional charge, if requested. International Shipping Royal Mail Airmail – This service is available for all products (charges do apply depending on destination) Royal Mail estimate that this services usually takes 3 – 7 working days for customers in Europe and 5 – 10 days for customers outside Europe. The Royal Mail Airmail service will not require a signature upon delivery and is not trackable. Royal Mail Airmail International Sign-for – This service is available for all products at an additional charge. (charges do apply depending on destination). Royal Mail estimate that this service usually takes 3 – 7 working days for customers in Europe and 5 – 10 working days for customers outside Europe. A signature will be required upon delivery and the package will be partially trackable in some countries. Please note all delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail or ourselves. For more information about Royal Mail please visit their website www.royalmail.com Resending returned items: If a package is unable to fit through a letter box or is not signed for at time of delivery a card will be left by Royal Mail and your order will be held at your local post office or collection centre. If it is not collected within a set time Royal Mail will return your package to us. We are happy to resend your package that has been returned to us, however we will ask customers to pay the additional postage cost incurred to resend the package. We are also happy to arrange a refund if you do not wish your package to be re-sent but the postage costs will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds If upon receiving your order you are not happy with any part of your goods please contact us within 7 days and return the item(s) in the original packaging and condition within 30days, once returned we will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange an item if preferred. If in the unlikely event an item arrives damaged please notify us within 7 days. In most cases we will be able to send out an immediate replacement, however if in a rare case it is not possible to supply an exact replacement a refund or exchange will be offered.
Cancellations We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 12 – 36hours of being received.(Monday -Friday). If your request for cancellation is received after your order has been dispatched we will not to able to refund your order until the item(s) have been returned to us. Once returned we can process a refund for the item(s), but unfortunately will be unable to refund the postage and packaging costs paid. Orders can be returned to us using our Freepost address.
Payment All transactions are processed in UK Pounds (£) You can pay by credit/ debit card on the internet or over the phone at 01273 593069 PayPal is also available for payment over the internet.
